The University Town Center is one of the closest neighborhoods to the University of California, Irvine. This community is located on the ocean side of the 405 and 73 freeways and south of University Park.
The University Town Center offers a mixture of condominiums, and townhouses. It is comprised of several subdivisions and is under the supervision of a Home Owners Association. The Oxford Court development was built by JM Peters, and is made up of 209 condos. There are two to three bedrooms, two to three baths, and one to two car garages. Living space ranges from 1,019 to 1,916 square feet.
The Princeton Townhome subdivision was built by Irvine Pacific and offers 944 to 1,413 square feet with two bedrooms and CP garages. Street names that help make up this neighborhood are Stanford Court and Bridge Road.
Public education is handled by the Irvine Unified School District. Students may attend top rated facilities such as Turtle Rock Elementary, Vista Verde, and University High School. Some families choose private facilities such as Spectrum Montessori, Creekside Children’s Center, and Tarbut V’torah Community Day School.
Residents are just a few minutes away from the Orange County John Wayne Airport. The William R. Mason Regional Park is one of the largest in Irvine and is known for its many trails. Golfers will enjoy being so close to the Rancho San Joaquin Golf Club which was the first to open in the city and offers challenging play for golfers of all skill sets.
Irvine is known as one of Orange County’s safest cities. This has been the spot for many films and television shows.
